Meet Johnathon Shepherd

Johnathon Lee Shepherd has dedicated his life to service. From his time as a Marine Corps Crew Chief to his work as a nonprofit leader and entrepreneur, Johnathon has consistently put others first.
After transitioning from the military, Johnathon faced the same struggles many veterans do—feelings of isolation and difficulty navigating civilian life. These experiences inspired him and his wife, Jessica, to create Eagle OPS, a nonprofit organization that has since helped thousands of veterans connect with resources and community.

Johnathon’s commitment to service extends to his leadership in local and statewide initiatives, including his work with the Owasso Chamber of Commerce and the Veteran Suicide Prevention Task Force. His approach is guided by integrity, perseverance, and a belief in the power of community.
